Rooms
The apartment has a three-room layout plus a bathroom and three balconies with views of the sea: the Sciumara beach on one side and the port on the other. It comes fully equipped with all the amenities including wireless internet and central air conditioning and heating.
The first room is an open space area with the kitchen/dining room and living room. The kitchen is spacious but discrete and is equipped with all new appliances including a gas stove with four burners, an electric oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a Caffitaly system coffee machine.
Amenities
The dining table sits four people but can be extended to accommodate six people comfortably. The living room area has a comfortable sofa which opens up to become a double bed, perfect to watch the 32 inch flat screen TV.
The master bedroom is simple and comfortable. It is furnished with a double bed, a vanity with a mirror, and a beautifully large wooden closet. The other bedroom comes with a regular closet and two single beds.
The bathroom is the real gem of the apartment, decorated with lovely azure blue tiles reminiscent of the beautiful waters of the Mediterranean. It is furnished with a brand new washing machine, toilet, bidet, sink and a very spacious shower. A state of the art digitally controlled water heater ensures that you will always have hot water at the perfect temperature.

Apartment located in a beautiful building, a completely new construction, in the port town of Palau. Palau is located in one of the most scenic corners of the northeast coast of Sardinia. It is the main port access to the archipelago of La Maddalena, and has become a very trendy and happening town for tourists where you can enjoy restaurants, strolls on the port, markets, and great shopping. It is a renowned location in the landscape of international tourism. Conveniently located and only 40km from the port of Olbia and the Costa Smeralda airport; 40km from Porto Rotondo; 20km from Porto Cervo; 25km from Cala di Volpe; 15km from Baia Sardinia; and 25km from Santa Teresa Gallura. For those that don't mind the drive, it is only 2 hours from the airport in Alghero; sometimes you can find very affordable flights to this city. At sea, a beautiful landscape: the archipelago with a multitude of amazing islands and beaches including Caprera Island with its sailing center; the pink beach of Budelli; Spargi and Santa Maria; and a short ferry ride away the French island of Corsica and the stunning port of Bonifacio.
